Exchange: We are able to offer an exchange on Teak Furniture Products. (Excludes
products purchased with Cushions, clearance/ final sale items and seconds stock) Any
exchange requests must be made within 24hrs of delivery. The furniture must be returned in
the condition that it was delivered in. The purchaser will be responsible for any delivery fees
incurred for the exchange. A 5% restocking fee is applicable for any assembled tables and
garden benches.

Care: The timeless classic look of teak can be achieved by letting it grey naturally. The expansion and contraction of natural teak may cause cracks as it absorbs moisture as well as expands and contracts with temperature changes. we do not see cracks known as teak checking as a defect.
Depending on how much UV exposure it receives, UV will cause your teak to patina to a silver or grey color within months to a year, giving it the popular rustic teak look.
Should you wish to maintain the honey color of the furniture we recommend using the Golden Care Honey Brown Teak Protector. For weathered and golden teak we recommend using Golden Care Teak Shield to protect the furniture from oil spills and food staining.
