How do I know what my delivery costs?
It's worked out at checkout from your postcode. Spend $2,000 or more and delivery is free. Spend less and we subsidise it with a generous rate for your area. You'll always see the exact price before you pay.
What counts toward the $2,000?
The value of the teak in your cart, before delivery. Once your order reaches $2,000, delivery is on us.
I'm in a regional or remote area. Can I still order?
Absolutely. If you're outside our standard delivery network, you'll get a tailored delivery quote.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within one to two weeks, Australia-wide. We'll keep you posted once your order is on its way.
Can I pick up from the showroom?
Of course. Free pickup from our Rosebud showroom is always an option at checkout. Come say hello.
