Warranty

We offer a 5 year limited structural warranty on our fixed outdoor teak furniture, and 12 months for cushioning and textiles, provided proper care has been taken.
Unless stated otherwise, this warranty is not transferable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes.

Not covered under this warranty:

- Cosmetic defects; non-structural cracks in timber.

- Outlet and clearance items (seconds, factory re-worked or with minor cosmetic defects).

- Products purchased for commercial use.

Furniture bought in our regular sales, such as the Spring Clear-Out, keeps the full warranty.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
