Shipping policy

Unless otherwise specified All orders will be ready for collection or delivery 14 days from date of purchase. Interstate delivery times will vary. 

All Deliveries are made by external shipping company’s and are priced on location and total units in order. Deliveries are quoted at cost price and delivery fee must be paid at time of purchase. Once goods leave warehouse Delivery Fee is Non Refundable.

All products must be inspected for defects before accepting delivery of products. We will not be held responsible for ANY defects that are not reported within 24hrs of receiving the delivery. If the customer sights a defect when they are receiving delivery they have the right not to accept the delivery and have the product re delivered at THE TEAK PLACE expense. This excludes Clearance & Outlet products.
