After 10 years, our beautiful outdoor setting from The Teak Place has weathered beautifully and truly stood the test of time. Recently a small screw came loose, so I popped into the shop to see if they could help. The team were incredibly prompt and helpful — within moments they had it sorted and our furniture had a whole new lease of life. It’s rare to find outdoor furniture that lasts this well. Even after a decade, the quality and craftsmanship are still obvious, and I honestly believe it has another ten years in it. A real testament to the products sold at The Teak Place and the fantastic service from their team. Highly recommended!

She also gave a clear and detailed explanation of how to take care of the furniture as it will be living outside and offered guidance on the best next steps to owning and caring for wooden furniture that will be exposed to the elements. I purchased 2 gorgeous teak chairs from The Teak Place in 2007. At the time, it seemed like an expensive purchase, however 18 years later, they are still outstanding making them incredible value. They have weathered all sorts of conditions, they are used daily and remain one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I understand that I should probably put in more effort to maintain them, however I kind of like their natural state. Well done The Teak Place.

On the 5th of January we drove all the way from Melbourne's northern suburbs to buy a teak setting, because of the fantastic reviews we found on Google Maps about The Teak Place customer service and range. They were spot on! Our customer service on the day was EXCELLENT! We spent a lot of time make a decision about which chairs were the right ones, and the lady serving us patiently supported us with the decisions! When we got home, unpacked and set up our setting we realised one of our chairs was missing a bolt. Their response was speedy and helpful!

Absolutely wonderful service from Emma. I was unable to attend the store in person but Emma made it so easy to make a purchase over the phone. She sent photos of each setting I was interested in so I could see how they looked and what configuration would look best. Had the setting delivered within one week and it is a quality setting. I had purchased another teak setting from a different company a month prior which was absolutely disgraceful and returned it immediately. I wish I went with these guys in the first place - superior workmanship and absolutely no regrets with this purchase. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for teak furniture.

The Teak Place has excellent furniture. They have A grade furniture and a lower grade which is appropriately discounted. Customer facing staff are excellent. Customer deliveries are outsourced and extremely expensive, $100 for a teak bench to be delivered from the store to our house at Rye (11 km) is a rip off.

I have only great things to say about The Teak Place. Not only does it have gorgeous furniture, its very well priced. I live in Sydney and over the past 3 years have gotten all my outdoor furniture including table, sun loungers, cushions, etc. from here. Even after shipping its still more cost effective! But the best part is the service. Robbie is a delight to deal with and just makes things happen without drama. Love this place and will continue to shop here.

Even though there were unavoidable problems with the delivery date of my order because of my specific desire to order something that was not in stock and needed to be made from scratch, Robbie looked after me very well both with price and delivery. I am very happy with the table, chairs and bench seat that arrived a week ago.
