Santorini Sunbed
Description
The Santorini Sunbed is a low, easygoing outdoor lounger for stretching out by the pool with a book and a cold drink.
Built for lazy afternoons
The mattress uses quick-dry foam wrapped in hard-wearing Sunproof fabric, so a splash from the pool or a passing shower is no drama, and it keeps its shape left out through the warm months.
Stay comfy, stay sun-smart
It sits low and close to the water for easy lazing. Pop a market umbrella over it, slap on the sunscreen and you can settle in for the long haul without cooking in the midday sun.
Easy to move
Light and low, it is simple to drag to the best patch of shade, or line a pair up along the pool.
The Material
There's no timber in the Santorini. It's a one-piece outdoor mattress built around a core of Urecel quick-dry foam, the open-cell foam used in marine and poolside furniture. Water passes straight through it instead of soaking in, so it drains and dries fast after a swim or a downpour.
The cover is Sunproof outdoor fabric: fade, stain and water resistant, and built to take full Australian sun without going brittle or washing out.
Care
Hose it down when it needs it and stand it on edge to drain. Thanks to the open-cell foam it dries quickly. For marks, wipe the fabric over with mild soapy water and rinse.
The cover and foam are made to live outdoors, but like any cushion they last longest stored under cover when you're away for a while or over winter.
Shipping
Full-price orders over $2,000 ship free to our delivery zones, and we subsidise the rest. Our zones cover most metro and coastal addresses from the Mornington Peninsula through Melbourne, Geelong, Canberra and Sydney up to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Sale pieces aren't included in the free delivery offer, so an order with a sale piece is charged our standard delivery rate. Enter your postcode at checkout and you'll see the exact figure before you pay, and anything full-price in the same order rides along at no extra charge.
Outside our zones? Place the order with Bank Deposit at checkout and we'll come back with a tailored quote before anything is charged.
