Golden Care Hardwood & Teak Shield is the protective step in the teak care routine, used when the surface should resist spills without looking coated.

Invisible protection

It is designed to penetrate dense, low-porosity timber and help make the surface water and stain repellent while keeping the natural look of teak.

Useful after colour treatments

Use it after Teak Protector or Instant Grey when the colour is where you want it, and the next job is reducing everyday staining from food, drinks and outdoor use.

What it helps with

The formula helps make it harder for wine, olive oil, butter and coffee to soak into the timber, and includes a mould and mildew inhibitor.

A-grade plantation teak, sourced from sustainable Indonesian plantations on Java and Sulawesi. We use only the densest part of the tree, where the natural oils run highest — the reason your piece will weather, but not perish.

Teak is made for the outdoors. Leave it to age into a beautiful silver-grey, or oil it now and then to keep that warm golden glow. A simple wipe-down is usually all it needs.
