The Tokyo Dining Chair is a sturdy teak dining chair for people who want to be comfortable for the whole meal, not just admire a nice chair.

A back that does the work

The high back curves gently through the lumbar region, so the contoured slats cradle your lower back and hold you in an easy, upright dining posture. With the gently scooped seat, it stays comfortable through long lunches and slow dinners.

As a side chair it keeps the table tidy while still feeling substantial and stable underneath you.

The Wood

Premium grade plantation teak, sourced from sustainable Indonesian plantations on Java and Sulawesi. We use only the densest part of the tree, where the natural oils run highest. That is why your piece will weather, but not perish.

Care

Teak is made for the outdoors. Leave it to age into a beautiful silver-grey, or oil it now and then to keep that warm golden glow. A simple wipe-down is usually all it needs.
